Field Clinical Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with participants to support device use, training, and home sessions
• Apply rehab principles (PM&R, OT, PT) to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, investigators, and site staff for seamless study execution
• Interface with participants and technology; troubleshoot issues in real time
• Ensure protocol-compliant data collection aligned with study endpoints
• Travel to clinical sites as needed to support study execution

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical training in PM&R/OT/PT with neuro populations (SCI/ALS/stroke)
• 3+ years in clinical/field/medical device-adjacent role
• Direct experience with patients and clinicians in dynamic care environments
• Strong problem-solving; troubleshoot clinical and technical issues in real time
• Ability to interpret participant performance and device behavior to inform next steps
• Willingness to travel frequently to support sites and participants
