Field Clinical Manger

📋 Description

• Acting as a liaison between external healthcare providers (surgeons and interventionalists) and
• Serving as the point of contact responsible for answering procedure-related questions at the site
• Developing robust relationships with site clinicians and teams to enhance the site experience
• Advising on training materials through collaboration with internal team members to enable a skilled
• Leading on-site or remote training for pharmacy, OR suite, and administration teams
• Supporting site feasibility assessments, site qualification visits (SQVs), and site initiation

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. However, a degree in the fields
• Seven or more years of professional experience in the healthcare industry is required
• Experience as an industry representative or procedural support role in an operating room
• A proven track record of teamwork, collaboration, inclusion, and developing strong business
• An adaptable self-starter mentality is required; experience and comfortability navigating an agile
• Experience in clinical trial execution and familiarity with ICH Guidelines for Good Clinical
