Field Communications & Content Specialist

📋 Description

• Plan and run GFO-specific engagement initiatives in partnership with HR
• Influence the GFO's community channels and editorial calendar; write timely, engaging posts
• Build repeatable formats for recognition and spotlights
• Plan and produce community moments across the field calendar
• Capture deal and customer win stories, turn them into short videos and posts
• Script and produce learning videos and micro-content on customers, use cases, products, and field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Film/Video Production, Journalism, or
• Leadership or creative experience through extracurricular activities
• Experience creating videos, photos, or social media content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong, energetic writing skills
• Self-starter and people person
• Event planning experience and interest in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or technology are a plus
