Field Configuration Engineer

📋 Description

• Configure autonomy software, perception stacks, networking, and cloud services.
• Calibrate sensors and validate localization.
• Execute first autonomy runs and safety tests.
• Diagnose field failures across compute, sensors, GNSS, and cloud.
• Develop or extend diagnostic tools and test harnesses.
• Train on-site personnel and refine operator workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in field engineering, systems engineering, or robotics deployment.
• Hands-on debugging of complex hardware/software under real-world constraints.
• Strong scripting: Python, Bash, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of sensors, networking, Linux, and embedded hardware.
• Excellent communication; able to work autonomously under pressure.
