Conduct field visits to residents, businesses, and references
Interview applicants and third parties to verify employment, finances, and character
Assess the five Cs of credit: Character, Capacity, Capital, Conditions, Collateral
Inspect pledged collateral and verify ownership and marketability
Gather photos, GPS coordinates, and documents during investigations
Prepare credit investigation reports with findings and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Criminology, or related field
1–2 years of experience in credit investigation, field verification, or loan processing
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
