Field Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end field deployment at customer sites.
• Collaborate with customer ops to set roles and procedures.
• Translate safety philosophy into site procedures and training.
• On-site escalation: triage issues, collect logs, reproduce problems.
• Monitor deployment health (uptime, latency) and drive improvements.
• Willingness to be on-site in Louisiana for extended periods.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting tech on heavy equipment/off-road vehicles.
• Prior experience in mining/construction industries.
• Hands-on field installations: wiring harnesses, sensors, ECUs, power systems.
• Experience deploying and supporting software systems in production.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, electrical, and networking.
• Strong communication skills as primary customer-facing engineer.
