Field Enablement Manager (Enablement Program and Platform Manager)

📋 Description

• Own Docebo administration: settings, provisioning, groups, reports, integrations, health.
• Design and maintain LMS content across internal, customer, and partners: plans, tracks, libraries, UX.
• Build dashboards and reports to track completion, certifications, and program impact.
• Develop scalable onboarding and continuous learning for CX roles (Pro Services, CS, Support).
• Author courses, assessments, job aids, and certification programs.
• Partner with CX SMEs to translate product knowledge into engaging training content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or enablement within a B2B SaaS company
• 2+ years hands-on LMS administration experience; Docebo strongly preferred
• BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or similar life science field
• Life science background or experience enabling teams serving scientific industries
• Strong content development skills; can author or direct the creation of clear, engaging enablement materials
• Demonstrated ability to design and build end-to-end curriculum, including learning paths, assessments, and certifications
