Field Enablement Manager (Partner Enablement Program Manager)

📋 Description

• Design and own scalable partner enablement framework: onboarding, tracks, certs.
• Build tiered partner certification paths aligned to delivery standards.
• Serve as primary enablement contact for the services partner program.
• Facilitate partner enablement activities: live training, cohorts, workshops.
• Define partner readiness criteria; gate delivery by demonstrated competency.
• Author and maintain a structured enablement content repository.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MSc in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or life sciences
• 4+ years in enablement, training, or program management with external audiences
• Ability to design and build enablement programs from scratch
• Experience with SI, channel, or implementation partners in SaaS
• Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate Rise 360) and assessments (Skillable/Questionmark)
• KCS familiarity or knowledge practices in enablement workflows
