Field Enablement Specialist (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Adoption in the field: Design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions and
• Consult, don’t just train: Get close to each customer's workflows and onsite operations, and
• Co-building the toolkit: Partner with the customer education team to develop AI-powered training
• Closing the feedback loop: Drive product forward by bringing back actionable feedback from the field
• Iterating in real time: Proactively seek feedback throughout each training, spotting gaps and
• Work cross-functionally: collaborate with teams across the company to ensure customer training

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish fluently
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role.
• Experience translating customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person training sessions with clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in our products
