📋 Description

• Coordinate launches across internal User Ops and external partners for readiness.
• Architect launch-readiness systems with automated workflows and dashboards.
• Develop scalable feedback loops between support, product, and engineering to inform product strategy.
• Prototype quickly using ChatGPT, Jupyter, and Retool to prove value before engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Ops.
• Continuously automate repetitive touchpoints with scripts and LLM-powered flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in project launch coordination in customer support.
• Write production-grade Python or SQL code.
• Enjoy building internal tools and lightweight workflow platforms.
• Understand GTM workflows and systems design.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritize strong UX for internal systems as for customer products.
