📋 Description

• Become the Subject Matter Expert on Motive Hardware & Software.
• Provide onsite installation, supervision, troubleshooting, and QA.
• Build and deliver installation partner training and certifications.
• Train and certify third parties on Motive Installation Standards.
• Participate in Alpha/Beta programs by installing and testing for feedback.
• Contribute to the online installation help center with guides and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years cert/experience.
• Proficient in computer electronics and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Customer-facing; able to train and assist.
• Knowledge of Automotive & Logistics industry.
