Field Engineer

📋 Description

• Travel 80–90% of the time to support customer sites
• Install and implement Augury’s hardware and services in industrial environments
• Partner with customers to ensure successful deployments and satisfaction
• Manage admin tasks: service reports, action lists, inventory, asset tracking
• Collaborate with Reliability Systems Managers to optimize product performance and customer outcomes
• Conduct site surveys, training sessions, and technical scoping calls

🎯 Requirements

• Residence in Northeast or Midwest US within one hour of a major airport
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, pass background check
• 5–10 years installing/troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical or wireless systems
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
• Experience in industrial environments with safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong customer-first mindset; go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction
• Vibration Analysis Category I or II certification is a strong plus
