Field Engineer - Mechanical

📋 Description

• Represent the Owner on-site, overseeing mechanical works per drawings, specs, codes, and HSE.
• Review IFC drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and technical specs.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, supervisors, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Support on-site execution of piping, HVAC, plumbing, and utilities.
• Monitor progress, inspections, and field issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical field engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
• Practical experience with piping, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and specs.
• Familiarity with U.S. codes and standards (ASME, SMACNA, IPC/UPC, IMC, NFPA, OSHA).
• Experience coordinating RFIs, punch lists, inspections, and contractor coordination.
