Field Engineer, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end data integrations syncing customer data with Scale.
• Collaborate with customers' engineers to optimize data pipelines and APIs.
• Design and maintain playbooks, tools, docs, and SDKs for long-term success.
• Own the customer's technical experience throughout Scale engagement.
• Collaborate with AE and PM to identify feature requests.
• Develop expertise in large language models, image annotation, and API integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a customer-facing engineer or similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on technical experience working with clients in pre- or post-sales capacity.
• Development experience with Python or JavaScript.
• A strong engineering background, ideally in CS, mathematics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to present credibly to executives and front-line engineers.
