Field Engineer, SWAT

📋 Description

• Implement Astronomer software in core customer solutions.
• Guide large customers in their Apache Airflow journeys.
• Act as the interface between the Customer, Sales, and Product.
• Deliver world-class technical solutions to customer problems.
• Collaborate with field team to accelerate customer adoption.
• Work on a wide range of use cases with Airflow at the center.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Kubernetes experience (GKE/EKS/AKS/OpenShift preferred)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Good understanding of network complexities and architectures
• Versatile terminal/CLI user; hands-on role, often without GUI
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Experience with complex SaaS infrastructure operating at scale
