📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and POC engagements
• Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and developers as their advisor
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs for rollout and config
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
• Advocate for customers internally, influencing roadmap and escalating feedback
• Collaborate with post-sales teams for smooth handoff and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills with executive presence; comfortable coding or presenting to CTOs
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering orgs
• Hands-on technical ability; fluent in workflows, AI tooling, and debugging complex environments
• Customer-obsessed with translating technical details into business impact
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or consulting for enterprise software
• Thrives in a startup, resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in creating solutions
