📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events; build 12-month calendar.
• Negotiate and contract; manage vendors and venues.
• Plan end-to-end events: booth design, shipping, swag, lead capture.
• Be on-site contact; set up/tear down; ensure sharp presence.
• Prep the team; brief on objectives, accounts, logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and on-site events.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event/field marketing or event coordination (B2B/tech).
• End-to-end event organization track record.
• Experience managing event budgets; forecasting and ROI.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and linking activity to pipeline.
• Proficient with AI to automate or improve events.
• HubSpot familiarity; CRM basics.
