📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events; own a 12-month calendar.
• Negotiate contracts with organizers, vendors, and venues.
• Plan end-to-end event logistics: booth, swag, AV, catering.
• Be on-site: set up/tear down; ensure sharp presence.
• Prep attendees with objectives and talking points.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings; capture leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event marketing or coordination (B2B/tech preferred).
• Proven end-to-end event org track record.
• Experience managing events budget; forecast and ROI.
• Comfort defining KPIs and building reports tied to pipeline.
• Genuinely into AI; examples of AI in automating or improving events.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
