📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events; maintain a 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and speaking slots.
• Plan end-to-end event logistics: booth design, swag, lead capture, AV.
• Be on-site point of contact; attend events and ensure sharp presence.
• Prep the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event/field marketing or event coordination.
• Proven track record organizing events end to end.
• Forecasting and tracking event budgets to maximize ROI.
• Define KPIs and build reports tying activity to pipeline.
• Strong AI experience to automate/improve events.
• Familiar with HubSpot CRM.
