📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events; own a rolling 12-month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and add-ons.
• Plan end-to-end logistics: booth design, swag, lead capture, travel.
• Be on-site: set up/tear down, troubleshoot, look sharp.
• Prep the team: objectives, talking points, target accounts, logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales: book pre-show meetings and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event marketing or event coordination (B2B/tech).
• End-to-end event organization track record.
• Experience forecasting and tracking event spend.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and linking activity to pipeline.
• Strong AI experience; show tools or projects using AI.
• HubSpot CRM familiarity.
