Field & Events Marketer

📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events aligned to ICP and revenue.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booths, and speaking slots.
• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics (booths, swag, AV).
• Be the on-site contact; attend events; troubleshoot and ensure sharp presence.
• Prep the team with objectives and logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event marketing/coordination (B2B/tech preferred).
• Proven end-to-end event management experience.
• Experience budgeting events; forecast and optimize ROI.
• KPIs and reporting tying events to pipeline and revenue.
• Genuine interest in AI with AI-driven automation examples.
• Strong PM skills; manage timelines, vendors, and budgets.
• Excellent communicator; brief executives and engage on show floor.
• Willing to travel 30-50% across North America; possible EU travel.
