Field & Events Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Lumafield’s trade shows, field programs, and events.
• Manage sponsorships, budgets, booth design, and onsite execution.
• Develop concepts to showcase Lumafield tech in events.
• Extend programs beyond shows: roundtables, dinners, workshops.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product for promotion and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing events or field marketing.
• Experience managing complex trade shows end-to-end.
• Excellent organization; budgeting, vendors, timelines.
• Strategic yet hands-on; handles on-site logistics with care.
• Strong collaboration skills across departments.
• Willing to travel ~25–30% and work some evenings/weekends.
