Field Facilitator - Digital & Financial Literacy - 6 months Contractual

📋 Description

• Coordinate with schools and local stakeholders for permissions and scheduling of training sessions
• Maintain regular communication with school authorities for smooth implementation
• Mobilise students and school staff for participation in the sessions
• Conduct Digital & Financial Literacy sessions through videos, discussions, demonstrations, and
• Conduct baseline and endline assessments to measure learning and awareness
• Monitor attendance, participation, and engagement during sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, Management, or a
• Prior experience in education, community outreach, or field projects preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students
• Comfortable conducting interactive training sessions and facilitating group discussions
• Basic skills in data collection, documentation, and report preparation
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits and coordinate with schools and local stakeholders
