📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-team to provide a single point of contact for customers.
• Guide merchants through implementation and adoption of Xplor Pay.
• Migrate data from other systems during onboarding.
• Manage onboarding timelines and go‑live dates.
• Educate customers on system functionality and benefits.
• Ensure smooth installations and timely go‑lives with installers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in technical and customer implementation support (SaaS/tech).
• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• 1-2+ years onboarding/implementation in SaaS or tech.
• 1+ year project management/workflow management.
• CRM experience to manage onboarding (ideally Salesforce).
• Technical aptitude and data handling; quick to learn.
