3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with strong diagnostic skills across trades.
Ability to manage independent work orders, budget/time/materials, and coordinate with contractors/clients.
Current driver's license and auto insurance.
Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with assistance.
Plumbing license a plus.
