📋 Description

• Deliver patient access according to plan and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to
• Lead the commercial training of HCPs to enable optimal use of our Brands and best possible patient
• Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing, and coaching the Commercial In-Field Team
• Professionally manage cross functional cooperation, supervising effective multidisciplinary
• Monitor and consolidate the outcomes of regional engagement and Account Plans in order to optimize
• Actively seek, identify, analyze, and present new business or growth opportunities and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Relevant business experience with proven track record of success within biotech/pharma sales or
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching of cross-functional
• Strong relationship building with External Experts and other relevant stakeholders
• Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timetables, targeting) and
