Field Market Access Lead (Czechia)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic contracting efforts for major accounts and customer segments, including budget
• Anticipate and monitor contracting and tendering activity across key accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Market Access, Supply Chain, and other
• Develop and manage account strategies for high-priority customers.
• Monitor contract performance, business impact, and renewal opportunities.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and market trends that influence account and contract strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Life
• 10+ years of experience in strategic contracting, account management, pricing, market access
• Leadership experience managing teams, cross-functional projects, or key strategic accounts.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, deal structuring, customer/account strategy, and
• Experience working with senior internal stakeholders and external customers or partners.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, retention, or contract value.
