Field Marketing Associate

📋 Description

• Plan and execute region-specific field marketing programs aligned with revenue targets.
• Design high-impact, non-generic experiences such as CISO dinners, closed-door executive
• Work with regional sales and partner leaders to prioritize key cities, countries, and target
• Execute ABM-driven field plays for the top 100–200 strategic accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives to influence active opportunities and accelerate late-stage
• Own event-to-opportunity follow-up orchestration to ensure tangible business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in field marketing, GTM, ABM, or revenue-focused marketing roles
• Strong experience working closely with sales teams and driving pipeline impact.
• Proven ability to design and execute high-quality executive-level events and experiences.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as CISOs, VPs, and CXOs.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking ROI, pipeline influence, and attribution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
