📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end planning and logistics for executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, sponsored
• Design event programs that support sales goals, pipeline growth, and deal acceleration.
• Support event logistics for our annual flagship conference, the AI Leadership Summit.
• Manage event budgets and relationships with event production firms, contractors, and outside
• Partner with growth marketing on campaigns and MQL reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and engineering to define event goals, shape content, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in event marketing, including vendor management, booth logistics
• Experience fully managing and executing events ranging from small, intimate executive-level
• Exceptional program management and multitasking skills, with the ability to influence and drive
• Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be working with senior executives and
