Field Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Own the enterprise events calendar from end to end, including event selection, strategic planning
• Develop and manage the field marketing strategy for conferences and events, ensuring investments
• Manage the events budget directly, making informed decisions and tradeoffs across owned
• Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Partner, and Community teams to align event participation with
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop pre-event and post-event campaigns and programs that
• Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution while maintaining high standards for organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bring extensive event marketing experience within B2B technology, SaaS, or a closely related
• Demonstrate a proven track record of owning events end to end, rather than primarily providing
• Have experience managing marketing budgets and making strategic decisions about where to allocate
• Understand how to align field marketing initiatives with sales priorities, target accounts, and
• Be a strong cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively with Sales while maintaining
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to
