• 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or a related revenue-facing marketing role at a high-growth B2B
• A demonstrated track record of converting event or ABM-generated pipeline into closed-won revenue
• Experience building repeatable, durable programmes with a clear cadence and owner, not just
• Genuine comfort owning a budget and connecting it to CAC.
• Strong operational discipline: you keep roadmaps current, run tight stakeholder meetings, and don't
