📋 Description

• Build, own, and execute an integrated marketing plan for assigned territories in North America
• Serve as a trusted partner to Sales leadership and Account Executives, understanding territory
• Manage the regional marketing budget for assigned programs, ensuring disciplined allocation
• Support MongoDB flagship events, regional roadshows, third-party conferences, and executive dinners
• Lead and scale high-volume, virtual engagement programs across NAMER, including hands-on Skill
• Build developer groundswell across assigned accounts, tracking and reporting on developers enabled

🎯 Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mexico City (CDMX)
• US Travel & Documentation: Ability and willingness to travel 20–30% of the time to North
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal English fluency is required (daily interaction
• 3–6 years of B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation experience in enterprise
