🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B field marketing, event or account-based marketing, or community building, ideally
• You know the Belgian business landscape and you're at ease in rooms full of executives.
• You design experiences people want to attend, and you never forget why we're in the room.
• You think in pipeline, not in attendance: you can show how your past initiatives turned into
• You're organised, autonomous and comfortable building a new function from scratch.
• Native or near-native in Dutch and/or French (both is a strong plus), and fluent in English.
