• Develop quarterly Central Europe marketing plans to hit pipeline targets
• Drive full-funnel demand generation for priority accounts
• Align regional marketing with sales priorities and key accounts
• Deliver field programs: roundtables, events, conferences, webinars, partner activations
• Localise global campaigns for regional security leaders, platform engineers, and DevOps
• Build and execute multi-touch campaigns for enterprise journeys

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in field marketing, demand gen, or regional marketing
• Experience running regional programs across Central Europe
• Strong collaboration with Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships
• Knowledge of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software security
• Data-driven with metrics, attribution, and insights
• Excellent communication; builder mentality; travel 20–25%
