📋 Description

• Operate across all German-speaking markets with complexity.
• Own regional marketing and ensure memorable experiences at events.
• Own event execution and marketing across DACH to generate pipeline and customers.
• Drive pipeline through online and offline experiences with clear MQL targets.
• Manage regional execution of integrated campaigns for our ICP.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, Growth, and Sales to succeed.
• Post-activity follow-through to turn prospects into meetings and deals.
• Capture customer success stories at events to fuel pipeline via case studies.
• Obsess over execution details, hit conversion benchmarks, and own numbers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of end-to-end marketing delivering measurable pipeline results.
• Experience executing across German-speaking markets with regional buyer priorities.
• Ability to show pipeline contributions from marketing and field marketing as growth levers.
• Customer-centric approach, creating memorable experiences for prospects.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver on-time, on-budget execution.
• Fluency in German and English; nice-to-have B2B SaaS, e-invoicing, ABX.
