📋 Description

• Own regional field marketing strategy across Europe
• Partner with Sales, Demand Gen and Ops to build pipeline
• Plan and deliver events from exec sessions to activations
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on joint programs
• Enable Sales/SDR with messaging, outreach and follow-up
• Track event performance, ROI and pipeline contribution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years field marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Build trusted partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partner teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple projects
• Creative, strategic thinker; design memorable event experiences
• Proactive, hands-on with ownership and accountability
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
