Field Marketing Specialist - EMEA

📋 Description

• Partner closely with regional Sales teams within EMEA across DACH, Benelux, and Rest of EMEA
• Support the development and execution of regional field marketing strategies tailored to the unique
• Plan and execute high-impact Tines-hosted experiences, including executive roundtables, customer
• Manage regional third-party conferences, trade show sponsorships, and partner-led events, ensuring
• Collaborate with regional Sales leadership and Account Executives on quarterly marketing planning
• Work closely with XDRs and Partner Sales Managers to coordinate pre- and post-event engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or event marketing
• A passion for building and growing markets, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop
• Understanding of the DACH, Benelux, and broader EMEA markets, including regional differences
• Proven ability to support pipeline generation through field marketing programs, events
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales teams, including Account Executives, XDRs, and
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple
