Field Officer - Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Engage directly with high risk recipients to provide necessary support and ensure they receive
• Identify corrections or improvements in field processes through recipient engagement
• Investigate and resolve recipient cases flagged to the Internal Audit team
• Identify and escalate key risks associated with programs in the community
• Undertake risk monitoring activities within the community
• Verify quality of partner data

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in relief/humanitarian response, community development, social work, field-related
• Minimum 2 years of previous field working experience, preference for disadvantaged communities
• Ability to audit recipient surveys and associated processes
• Some Monitoring and Evaluation experience
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one local language in Malawi
• Computer and mobile device data entry and assessment ability/experience
