📋 Description

• Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter's on-farm infrastructure
• Diagnose issues with hardware and feed that information back to the right team quickly
• Get out onto farms to help deploy Halter; troubleshoot issues, support installations
• Feed field learnings back to product and engineering teams
• Be part of the global on-call roster to support tower-related incidents
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data from hardware to optimize processes and improve operational

• Practical experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting
• Proactive with a go-getter attitude and ownership
• Strong communicator able to translate field observations into actionable feedback for remote teams
• Good time management skills
• Team player across different locations and time zones
