📋 Description

• Tune autonomy behaviors for tasks and environments.
• Analyze performance metrics, failure modes, edge cases.
• Validate ConOps, safety assumptions, and degraded-mode behavior on real sites.
• Translate field observations into model and planning inputs for AI.
• Design and execute on-site test plans for autonomy and telemetry.
• Travel worldwide (~40-70%), depending on deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in field engineering, systems engineering, robotics deployment, or automation.
• Hands-on debugging of hardware/software in real-world conditions.
• Strong scripting: Python, Bash, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Understanding of sensors, networking, Linux, embedded hardware.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically on short notice.
