Field Project Manager, Construction Operations

📋 Description

• Lead market ops via on-site research, contractor engagement, and recruiting.
• Create scopes of work meeting client specs and design guides.
• Manage bidding and estimating using RenoWalk or approved tech.
• Coordinate and enforce client specs with local contractor teams.
• Guide project lifecycle from award to completion, maintaining schedules.
• Oversee procurement and approvals with contractors and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years REO/REIT construction experience.
• Single-family construction and national/state PM.
• Advanced construction knowledge with detail oriented decision-making.
• Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER, EagleView.
• Reliable vehicle with monthly allowance; valid license.
• Residence in Western U.S.; travel up to 80%.
