Field Project Manager, Construction Operations

📋 Description

• Lead market operations across Iowa, Nebraska and surroundings.
• Engage contractors, recruit, and coach; be the face of Altisource region.
• Create scopes of work meeting client specs, design guides, and safe/functional standards.
• Manage bidding and estimating using RenoWalk or approved tech.
• Coordinate client specs with local contractor teams; ensure capacity alignment.
• Guide lifecycle from scope to completion; maintain schedules, budgets, and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years REO/REIT construction experience; scope, bidding, PM.
• Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state PM.
• Advanced construction knowledge; decisive, organized, detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and related tools.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle; travel up to 80%.
• Residence in greater Des Moines, IA area; able to travel.
