• Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing community access to the company's products and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business, etc…); Master’s degree
• Minimum of 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, including previous experience as an FRM
• Rare disease experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in market access, community access or community services
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
