🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
• 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience
• Cardiology, oncology, or rare disease experience preferred
• Experience in market access or patient services
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and compliance
• Travel 60%
