📋 Description

• Develop and execute plans to optimize patient access.
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes.
• Ensure access activities comply with healthcare laws.
• Collaborate with providers and pharmacies to address access.
• Manage institutional pharmacies for patient access.
• Use data analysis to improve reimbursement processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business; Master's a plus.
• 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience.
• Cardiology, oncology or rare disease experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in market access or patient services.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement regulations.
