Field Reimbursement Manager - Botox Therapeutic

📋 Description

• Role is field-based; candidates live near primary city
• Territory includes Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, CA
• Educate on Medical/Pharmacy benefits, Buy & Bill, and specialty pharmacy
• Clarify barriers to patient access and optimal outcomes
• Interact with providers, staff, revenue cycle, and leadership
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve access issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in a health care related field
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in Sales, District Management, Hospitals, or Managed Markets preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is favorable
• Exposure to CPT/J-code reimbursement, HUB services, PA, appeals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
