• Access Strategy: Develop plans to optimize community access for products.
• Access Expertise: Serve as in-house expert on authorization and requirements.

• Pharmacy Network Management: Onboard and manage institutional pharmacies.
• Data Analysis: Use data tools to evaluate access process efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, etc.
• 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience with FRM background.
• Rare disease experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in market access or community services.
• Travel 60% proficiency or willingness.
