📋 Description

• Develop and execute plans to optimize community access.
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes.
• Ensure access activities comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with providers and pharmacies on access.
• Manage institutional pharmacies for optimal access.
• Use data analysis to assess access processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 5–8 years biotech/pharma experience, including FRM.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in market access or community services.
• Deep knowledge of reimbursement, regulations, and compliance.
• 60% travel required.
