📋 Description

• Access Strategy: Develop and execute plans to optimize patient access to products.
• Access Expertise: Act as in-house expert on authorization processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all access activities comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with providers and pharmacies to resolve access issues.
• Pharmacy Network Management: Evaluate and onboard institutional pharmacies for patient access.
• Data Analysis: Use data tools to measure access program effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 5-8 years biotech/pharma experience.
• Cardiology, oncology or rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience in market access, patient access or patient services.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Travel 60%.
