Field Reimbursement Manager, Psychiatry

📋 Description

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, including approved access and reimbursement support tools
• Educate HCPs via approved resources to address access issues.
• Be a subject matter expert on relevant local, regional, and national payer policies to
• Effectively work in a high cross-matrix environment, implementing appropriate ways of working
• Identify and report back payer trends related for approved products to Patient Services and market
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate providers within the FRM territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in neuroscience with field experience in account management, payer
• Thorough understanding of the payer policy processes, published criteria and documentation for
• Demonstrated understanding of the rules, regulations and risks associated with provision of
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial and governmental payer access dynamics
• Strong understanding of access and reimbursement support service centers and how to effectively
